Aim Translations S.L., NIF ES-BXXXXXXXX, Palma, Illes Balears.

2. Services

Translation and interpreting services. Digital delivery. Sworn translations include MAEC certification.

3. Payment

EUR. IVA 21%. Stripe or transferencia bancaria. Under €250: upfront. Over €250: 50/50.

4. Confidentiality

All documents confidential. NDA standard. Source files encrypted and deleted per retention policy.

5. Quality

Errors attributable to us corrected free within 30 days of delivery.

6. Consumer Rights

14-day withdrawal per RDL 1/2007. Waived once translation begins with consent.

7. Law

Spanish law. Courts of Palma de Mallorca. EU ODR: ec.europa.eu/odr.
