4. Document Confidentiality

All source documents are confidential. NDAs with all translators and staff. Encrypted cloud storage. Documents deleted 60 days post-delivery unless maintenance contract active. Immigration and medical documents handled with extra care per GDPR special categories.

5. Your Rights (GDPR 15-22)

6. Retention

Client records: project duration + 6 years (Spanish tax law). Source documents: 60 days. Translation memory: ongoing clients. Invoices: 6 years.

HTTPS. Encrypted storage. 2FA. NDA for all staff. 72h breach notification (GDPR Art. 33).
