We are a translation agency in Palma, in the Llevant neighbourhood. Six translators, two project coordinators, and a focus on the specific translation needs of the Balearic Islands.
The agency was founded in 2017 by a sworn translator who had worked in mainland Spain and saw a gap in Mallorca. The island had plenty of translation agencies but few that really understood the specific documents and situations that come up here: property transactions with international buyers, immigration paperwork for expats, tourism content that needs to sound natural in five languages, medical records for visitors who need hospital care.
Our sworn translators are appointed by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MAEC). We work in Spanish, Catalan, English, German, French, Swedish, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese, and more through our network. Most of our work involves the language pairs that matter most in the Balearics: German-Spanish, English-Spanish, Swedish-Spanish, and French-Spanish.
We know the local administration. We know which documents the Oficina de Extranjería in Palma requires. We know what the notaries expect. We know what the Registro Civil needs for marriage and birth registrations. This local knowledge makes a real difference.
